To make your reservation request for wheelchair-accessible seats, follow the 4 steps below:

Step 1: Customer Account

Log in to your Carnival Customer Account or create one if you don’t have one yet.

Note: The reservation must be made in the name of the cardholder (or a parent if the cardholder is a minor).

Take note of your customer number displayed in your customer account and ensure that you have the correct disability proof.

Please be aware that only disability cards certifying a minimum of 80% disability and Disability Cards with the mention “disability” are accepted as proof to qualify for the wheelchair-accessible fare and free access to promenades.

Other documents such as parking cards for disabled persons and priority cards for disabled individuals are not accepted and do not entitle you to the wheelchair-accessible fare and free access to promenades.

If you do not have a disability card with an 80% rating but would like special assistance, including access to PMR platforms, please contact us by email at: carnaval.reservation@ville-nice.fr.

Accepted Documents

Access will be denied without the appropriate proof at the entrance, and the ticket will not be refunded.

Parking on Rue Chauvain is reserved for vehicles with a Disability Parking Card (CMI) or a European Parking Card (CES).

Please note, the number of spaces is very limited, and no reservations are possible.

For all users in possession of a CMI-Stationnement or CES card (European Parking Card), the city of Nice has set up procedures to benefit from free parking in all spaces (not only those reserved for people with disabilities), excluding car parks.

It is compulsory to take a “PMR” ticket at the pay station or on the Paybyphone application and to affix your CES or CMI-S card visibly behind the windscreen of your vehicle. This ticket is valid for 24 hours.

The City of Nice is offering an audio description service during two Carnival parades — the Carnival Parade on February 24 and Flowers Parade on February 25, 2026 — to make the event more accessible to everyone.

Carried out by students from ISCOM, the audio description will allow visually impaired audiences to follow the visual content of the parades in a precise and detailed way, while enjoying the overall sound atmosphere.

Seated at the foot of the stands, visually impaired spectators can listen to the students’ commentary through a wireless headset, with the commentary transmitted from a specially dedicated booth.

This initiative is organized with the support of La Mut’ and in collaboration with the City of Nice’s Disability Mission and ISCOM.
