Do you have your customer number indicated in your customer space and your disability proof?
→ If not, before filling out your form, log in to your Carnival customer space or create an account if you don’t have one yet.

Note down your customer number and prepare your disability proof.
Please note, only disability cards certifying a minimum of 80% disability and CMIs (Mobility Inclusion Cards) indicating “disability” are accepted as proof to benefit from the PWD rate and free access to the promenades. Any other documents such as parking cards for disabled people or priority cards for disabled people are not accepted and do not allow you to benefit from the PWD rate and free access to the promenades.
