If a young minor is found alone by security services, they are immediately taken into care and brought to one of the two “lost children” assembly points, identifiable by specific signage:

  • Zone A: Located behind the Jean Jaurès grandstand (first aid post).
  • Zone B: Located near the bandstand (kiosque à musique).

It is therefore imperative that you go, as soon as possible, to one of the two “lost children” assembly points to report the situation.

Restitution procedure: The return of the child follows a strict security protocol to ensure their protection: A National Police officer or a sworn official must verify the identity of the legal guardian arriving at the post.

Prevention measures: Parents and guardians are asked to ensure that children wear an identification bracelet (or any other medium) mentioning their first and last name and the phone number of the responsible person. Continuous vigilance is required from adults to prevent anyone from getting lost in the crowd.

All objects lost on site will be forwarded to the Municipal Police Lost and Found department.
