Individuals fully dressed in costume (wearing a few accessories is not sufficient) can enjoy free access to the illuminated carnival parades in pedestrian zones only (not in the grandstands), subject to availability. Please note that certain costumes or accessories are prohibited.

More flexibility
The Nice Carnival offers a refundable ticket for grandstands and PRM areas. This allows individuals who purchase “refundable” tickets to request a refund without conditions by sending their e-tickets (to the address carnaval.remboursement@ville-nice.fr) no later than 72 hours before the respective event.
