As indicated in the Terms and Conditions of Sale
Tickets to be cancelled can be returned to the Nice Carnival bookings department, accompanied by your bank details.In order to be reimbursed, they must be received by the department at least 48 hours before the start of the event in question.
A cancellation fee will be charged based on seat category for each ticket refunded. Application fees are non-refundable.

Pre-booking requests must be sent by email to the Nice Carnival bookings department at carnaval.reservation@ville-nice.fr, specifying all the required information:
- organisation contact details,
- performance date and time,
- number of adults
- number of children, etc.
Please note, children of all ages must have a ticket, whether in the pedestrian zone or in the stands. Please remember to mention them when placing your order.
